Hublot and Miami HEAT guard, Dwyane Wade, celebrated the third year of their partnership on Monday with a basketball clinic at the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami. Wade, together with Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe, hosted the event where select guests were invited to learn from basketball stars Ray Allen, Alonzo Mourning and Shane Battier. Following the clinic, a private dinner took place where guests viewed a compilation of Wade’s last three years as an ambassador for Hublot.
“I am so proud to be here with Dwyane tonight,” Guadalupe said. “From the first moment we met, we knew he would be part of the Hublot family. His commitment to excellence, which he strives for on and off the court, and his passion for the sport, parallels Hublot’s values.”
Hublot is also official partners with the Miami HEAT, a partnership marking the brand’s first U.S. sponsorship. This year, Hublot introduced a pair of his and her timepieces to celebrate the NBA team’s 25th year in action. The timepieces feature HEAT colors and an emblem at 9 o’clock.
